Somewhere between Jimmy Johnson and Steve Spurrier. Solid, not spectacular. I'll be curious how the veterans respond to his approach.
I think to some extent he has been mis-branded as this mad scientist rah rah college dude. I think he came up with innovative concepts that worked for the environment he was in during his tenure at Oregon. Likewise, I believe he will adapt and be innovative (in very likely some different ways IMO) to adapt to his new environment.
If you believe the story the Browns are trying to sell he may not have his heart totally into the NFL experience. I think that is a load of crap personally.
